Brand new in a crisp correct box with original packing tissue and cardboard ring.
Note there is a brand residue on the wheels from storage not running. I have about 8 ex shop ones that all have this. It will clean off with a little wd40 and some tissue but have chosen to leave as is. Even has the rubber band around the track centre rails which are new and shiny. Small amount od shelfwear to one corner of a crisp box
