They dont appear to be used. but were mucky and tarnished after 50 odd years.
They have had an overnight chemical clean and final restoration buff up and are now in great usable condition. Nickel fishplates
No broken sleepers or missing fish plates . A little corrosion is still present mostly on sides of tracks after the clean but the tops have been buffed up and ready for the layout!
