Well…. That restaurant car had me flumoxed for a while . Unless you look really closely you wouldnt know! Its an R625 Wagon-Lits sleeping car thats had the decals carefully changed to Restaurant car and a pullman interior added. Doing a deep dive on the internet I found one that someone had done but it wasnt as good as this one.
So between now and New year I’m going to offer them a a rake of 4. An opportunity that I dont expect comes up very often given the mega scarcity of these With the boxed ones commanding 150 to 200 each.
Two are in there original window boxes, two have donor boxes (one being the restaurant car!)
