Very hard to find this one! An Excellent 23 year old little run example in a very crisp box with all paperwork, unused detailing pack. No broken bits and has been very well looked after. Amazing that they were $350 new in 2002!
Also comes with an unfitted driver and fireman from the Woodland Scenics HO A1866 USA engineers pack (Thanks Google Lens!)
As its miles to big for my rolling road, I had an excuse to give it a run on my layout. I’ve taken a little video …. Very smooth runner. I was delighted to find that it ran perfectly on my 2nd & 3rd radius office circuits. It also has a working front light
I’d love to see a real one. They must be enormous given this is HO 1:87 scale and all the other engines you can see are OO 1:76 scale
Fantastic piece that will sit in my display cabinet until in goes off to its new owner
