Beautiful example from the first run of these in 1965. Later examples had a plastic moulded tray.

Glass funnel and unused synchrosmoke oil still in cellophane pack along with an unopened bottle of Shell lubrication oil.
Excellent box with very minor shelfwear, other than a tear to one side (see pic)
Inner card decking is excellent as are all the contents
The minix cars are tight into there slots and look factory fresh and I suspect never removed. Also there are black and maroon cars in the set which I am told is very unusual!
The engine is near perfect and little run. I’ve lifted the bodyshell off, lubricated and tested everything on our rolling road. Still has its card instructions between the wheels
