Superb engine that has only been test run (Very cleans wheels and near spotless X04 motor)
We have lightly serviced it and tested it on our rolling road where it ran smoothly.
Functioning firebox glow though no paperwork.
Still has original painted crew in a sealed bag. The box is strange. It is shelfworn but complete and correctly factory labelled. But it is slightly bigger than you would expect for this loco. It has had card ends fitted as you can see in the picture. As I have only ever seen these turn up the plastic tray (which is excellent), I’m hypothesising that the end pieces were added in the factory after running out of the correct size box!
