Description
This is a lovely set. Has had very little running. All the coaches are excellent with no broken bits other than a previous owner has catalogued them on their underside.
The box is complete and has a little shelfwear plus some cataloguing to one end .
I nstructions and that often lost pantograph are present. The only fault I can find is the spring on the pantagraph is there but could do with replacing though it does workbut not crisply. They fail because they are so old and fragile. (see pantography springs on ebay)
I have tested the drive vehicle and it ran smoothly without whistling , though I suspect it could do with a good run
Finally the crisp instructions have been relabelled R794 1981 from R543 1980 which looks like it was done in the factory . Also the service dealer network leaflet is present.
Love this set! Becoming quite rare now
